KIZOKU Exchange — Submission Guidelines & Terms

The Mandate

KIZOKU Exchange is a curated cinematic exchange built around CAPITAL · INTELLIGENCE · SYSTEMS · VISIONARY VENTURES. Works are not grouped by genre or plot, but by the intent behind the narrative—the forces driving decisions, systems, power, and outcomes.

In the KIZOKU Exchange, the "Plot" is just the packaging; the "Deep Narrative" is the actual value of the asset.

Selected works move through structured Market Cycles and strategic Floors. Programming may include Narrative Index overlays that highlight underlying intent, strategic patterns, and systemic signals within the work.

THE INDEX STATUS(Awards)

We don’t do "Best Picture" ribbons.

We award Indexed Status—proof that your work has real-world strategic value.

What Winners Get:

  • THE TROPHY: A physical, heavy-duty industrial award. A structural weight for your shelf that mirrors the weight of the work.

  • IMDb CREDIT: Official verification and indexing on your professional profile. We log your win as a permanent industry credential.

  • THE GALLERY: We move your film from our private index to our elite network. We bypass the noise to handle direct introductions to:

  • TARGETED VISIBILITY: We facilitate direct visibility to our network of:

  • Acquisition & Representation: We ensure your IP is positioned in front of agents and buyers looking for structural depth.

  • Capital & Production: We place your project on the desks of producers who specialize in systemic narratives.

  • Brand Integration: We signal your work’s potential for licensing and merchandising to brand strategists.

  • PROMOTIONAL PUSH: We handle the press and industry positioning. We broadcast the news of your Indexed Status to the trade markets, framing you as a creator of high-utility assets.

The Council reserves the right to expand the prize pool.  Additional honors, including Cash Grants (Liquidity) and In-Kind Assets (Technical Support), may be introduced into the cycle at the discretion of the Exchange.

All awards are subject to final Council verification and may be reclassified, merged, or withheld if submissions do not meet the intended standard.
