I grant KIZOKU a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to stream the work during the event and use clips/stills for promotional purposes.

I understand filmmakers retain ownership of their work.

I agree to indemnify KIZOKU against legal claims related to ownership or rights disputes.

PART 9 — SUBMISSION TERMS

Submissions are accepted via the KIZOKU website and selected partner platforms.
Submission fees are non-refundable.
Non-English works must include English subtitles.
Awards may include physical, digital, and in-kind recognitions and may evolve as partnerships develop.
Selected creators may be invited to networking sessions, Q&As, or promotional activities. Travel costs are the responsibility of participants.
Selected works are typically notified approximately two weeks before the event.
KIZOKU reserves the right to disqualify submissions that violate guidelines or contain false information.
KIZOKU determines all selections, recognition, indexing, and programming.
Kizoku Council decisions are final — no appeals, protests, or review requests.
Listing a work does not guarantee placement in Market Cycles, streaming, or recognition across any Floor.
KIZOKU retains full creative and programming discretion in how — or if — a work appears within the Exchange.
Rules may be updated at any time.
